Every score, band and review is our editorial view. It is not technical, medical or shopping advice, and it cannot guarantee that a game will suit you.
03No shop here
The site holds no games and has nothing to sell. It takes no payments and gives out no credits, rewards or prizes.
04The planner
The dive planner and its timer are simple planning aids. They promise nothing and are no substitute for device controls or for talking things over at home.
05Not diving advice
Depths, safety stops and surface intervals on this site are a way to talk about games. They are not guidance for real diving, which needs proper training and equipment.
06Comfort notes
Our comfort notes describe what we noticed while playing. They are general, and a game’s own safety warnings and your doctor’s advice always take priority.
07Links out
Buttons to official sites take you to other companies. What they publish, charge and promise is up to them, under their own terms.
08Trademarks and pictures
Titles, studio names and trademarks are the property of their owners; we use them only to say which game a review is about. The banners are our own illustrations, drawn for this site in the look of each game.
09Copying our pages
Words, design and pictures on this site belong to us. Quote a few lines with a link back if you like, and ask first for anything larger.
10Our responsibility
We work hard to get the facts right, but the site comes as it is. These terms do not limit any liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow to be limited.
11Updates and the law
